These terms govern the services provided by G Farrell Property Maintenance ("we", "us"). By requesting a quotation or engaging us for work, you agree to these terms.

Quotations are free and remain valid for 30 days. Any variations to the scope of work may adjust the final price.

Payment terms will be agreed before work commences. We accept bank transfer, card and cash.

Guarantee. We stand by our workmanship. If something isn't right, tell us and we'll put it right.

Liability. We hold full public liability insurance. Our liability is limited to the value of the work carried out.
