Our story
A trusted local tradesman, obsessed with getting it right.
G Farrell Property Maintenance was founded on a simple idea: property maintenance should be easy, honest, and done properly. We provide dependable, high-quality workmanship for homeowners, landlords and businesses across the local area.
Whether it's a quick handyman visit, ongoing landlord maintenance, or a full property refresh, we bring the same care and attention to detail to every job. We keep things transparent, we keep the space clean, and we don't leave until you're satisfied.
With years of trade experience across painting, plumbing and general repairs, we're your one trusted contact for every property task.
Meet the founder
G Farrell
I'm G Farrell, the founder and hands-on director of G Farrell Property Maintenance. I started this business with a clear mission: to give homeowners, landlords and businesses a reliable, professional and honest property maintenance service they can depend on.
With years of experience across painting, plumbing, drainage, garden maintenance and general repairs, I personally oversee every project to make sure the work is finished to the highest standard. I believe in turning up on time, keeping the job clean, and doing what we say we'll do — every time.
Whether it's a small repair or a full property refresh, I treat every home like my own. My goal is simple: to take the stress out of property maintenance and give every customer complete confidence in the work we carry out.
